AL MANZEY WINS PROS AND BOB SCHOLL WINS NCAA AND OVERALL
Al Manzey scored 953 in the Pro playoffs to defeat runner ups Bob Stanley 938 and Bob Scholl 931.  Bob won the NCAA portion
of the contest and the overall title with 1302 points to 1284 for Al Manzey and 1265 points for Gerry Hamilton.
Bob Scholl won the title for the 5th time and the 3rd time in the last 4 years.  He has tied Jim Slagle for most wins at 5.
On the tiebreaker Phil Hensley was best missing the total points in game 7 by 14 points edging Bob Thomas (16)

AL MANZEY CLINCHES PROS AND BOB SCHOLL WINS OVERALL
Al Manzey clinched the Pros and Bob Scholl clinched the NCAA/NBA picks with another Celtic - Laker finals.
Al currently leads Bob Stanley by 2 points in the Pros, but has the Lakers 1st and Boston 4th, best picks for both teams.
Bob Scholl also has Lakers 1st.  Al will finish 2nd to Bob Scholl in the NCAA/NBA predictions.

STANLEY LEADS PROS - SCHOLL LEADS OVER ALL
Bob Stanley leads Al Manzey by 10 points after two rounds of he NBA Playoffs while Bob Scholl leads Gerry Hamilton
by 19 points in the combined NCAA/NBA predicts.  Al Manzey is the only predictor that can catch either leader and it
would require a Boston-Phoenix finals.  Bob Stanley is the only predictor to have his top  picks remaining.

After the first round of the playoffs, Dick Hammerstrom leads Bob Stanley by 5 points while Bob Scholl leads Gerry
Hamilton by 17 points in the combined NCAA/NBA playoff predictions. Dick, Cap, Slag and Bob Thomas all have 8 of
their top 10 picks left. Three race in pros, but Cap will be hard to catch in the overall contest.

EIGHT OF TEN PREDICTORS PICK CLEVELAND IN 2010 NBA PREDICTIONS
Eight picked Cleveland and two picked the Lakers to win the 2010 NBA title.   Our top 3 finishers in the NCAA results (Cap, Gerry, Jim Slagle),
the first half of the contest are within one place on 11 of their teams and two points on the other 5 teams. Looks like the top 3 positions will remain
the same in the combined NCAA/NBA contest.

CAP SCHOLL WINS 2009 NCAA/NBA AND OVERALL CONTEST
Cap Scholl won the NBA and combined NBA and NCAA predicts while Nelson Slagle won the NCAA portion of the contest.  Nelson was
2nd in the NBA and combined predicts while Cap was 2nd in the NCAA picks.
Five of 8 predictors correctly picked the Lakers to win the NBA title even though the Odds favored Cleveland.  Cap Scholl and.
Jim Slagle had Orlando 3rd.  No one picked the Magic 1st or 2nd.
This the 4th time Cap Scholl has won the NCAA/NBA prediction title.  Only Jim Slagle has won more titles with 5 wins.
Cap Scholl was also closest to the total points scored in the final game.  Cap missed by 1 point and Dick Hammerstrom missed by 4 points.
