NOTE:  The  3 files below are in Microsoft Word format.  You can access if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser.   If you use Netscape you will only be able to view the HTML formatted documents.  If you only have access to Netscape and would like to view some of the Microsoft Word files, let me know and I will post a second file below as HTML format.  When I post a file as HTML format, it is more difficult to read as it loses some of its formatting.
