Pittman Pittman runs for 67 yard TD.  Gains 186.

Hawk Kudla Hawk & Kudla tackle Maroney

Youboty Youboty tackles Maroney
Ohio State gives up 578 yards to Minnesota, the 2nd most in school history to 659 yards yielded to Illinois in 1980.  OSU won both games!
OSU outgains the leading rushing team in the country by 34 yards but       Minnesota outpasses OSU by 163 yards.
Troy Smith with best game yet going 14-20 for 233 yards and 3 TD's and n no turnovers.  First game of season OSU has no turnovers.
Santonio Holmes has 4 catches for 94 yards and 2 TD's.  He has caught 4 or 5 passes in all 8 games.
Antonio Pittmanhas career game with 186 yards rushing and first 2 TD's of season
Laurence Maroney gains 82 yards rushing in the 1st quarter against the    Nations best rushing defense, more yards than OSU allowed any back for a game all season.  Finishes with 127 yards on 25 carries, only 13 yards in 2nd half.  Russell added 50 yards on 15 carries.
Minnesota QB Bryan Cupito was 26-35 -396 yards with one TD and no turnovers.  Cupito has 198 yards passing each half.
AJ Hawk was 2nd in tackles to Whitner with 9 - first time all season Hawk wasn't OSU leading tackler in game.
Ted Ginn, Jr. has 100 yard kickoff return in 13  untouched seconds.  First      OSU kickoff TD since Michael Wiley had a 100 yard return in 1997.
None of Josh Houston's kickoffs were returned making 32 of 48 that haven't been returned this season
Tressel makes bonehead call of season by letting clock run out last 35 seconds of first half in a 17-17 game and Minnesota with a 4th and 9 on their own 45 and the Buckeyes have the best punt returner for TD's in the history of college football.  Calls timeout with 2 seconds left and Minnesota tries an unsuccessful Hail Mary pass.  If OSU calls timeout, Minnesota will probably kick ball out of bounds which OSU will get on own 30 with 30 seconds and one timeout left.    That wasn't conservative Tress, that was bonehead!!

AMAZING COMEBACKS:
UCLA is down 24-3 to Stanford with 144 yards of offense mid way through the 4th quarter.  They score 27 points in last half of 4th quarter and first play of Overtime to win 30-27.  They picked up 228 yards in their rally with drives of  65, 72, 66 and 25 yards.  Each drive took less than 1:45!!  UCLA has trailed 4 of the last 5 opponents by 10 or more points in the 4th quarter and won them all.

Texas came back from a 19 points back in the 2nd half to win by 19 as Vince Young rushed for 267 yards and 2 TD's and passed for 2 more TD's on 15-30-1
for 239 yards.  Total yards for Young were 506!
Give me the Heisman pose Vince!  Texas has been behind Oklahoma State at half in there last 3 games including 35-7 last year, but has outscored Oklahoma State by 118-0  in the 2nd half.  Amazing!
